Hi, my name is Richard Shao, and I like working out.  I primarily follow a bodybuilding and strength regimen as my day to day workouts.  I began weight training weight training about 3 years ago when one of my good friends introduced me to the gym.  At first, I resented the gym.  It was not fun, nor did I find a purpose in it.  However overtime, as I started seeing the results of weight training, I became more invested.  Weeks went by and overtime I had a loose training script that would guide me through a weekly basis.  I currently weigh in at 146.6 lbs and my total lifts between the three major lifts (deadlift, bench press, squat) is 645 lbs.
