In this program, bench press, deadlifts, and squats are the testers for total strength gain.  So, every exercise will revolve around those lifts to produce the best result.  Dietary information only involves taking the correct amount of water per day, as well as intaking protein shortly after a workout.  These athletes already take a lot of time out of their day to train, implementing a diet would be just be rude. The following are the current workout movements used for the training program.

Chest:

Barbell Flat Bench Press

Incline Isolation Dumbbell Press

Flies

Weighted Dips

 

Legs:

Barbell Squats

Seated Declined Leg Press (Hamstring focus)

Quad Extension

Hamstring Extension

Weighted Calf Raises

 

Back:

Traditional Barbell Deadlifts

Latissimus Pull Downs

Low Rows
