Training Day

February 6th marks the first day of the training program that has been set for the next three months. The next 3 months will be taken at the LA Fitness in Oro Valley, Arizona or the occasional trip down to the LA Fitness in Marana, Arizona. Today, the trainees learned shoulder muscle workouts and movements that aid major lifts such as deadlifts and benchpresses. Some main workouts that were used are of the following: seated shoulder presses, rear deltoid flies, Arnold presses, lateral raises with dumbbells. Followed by a quick 3 set bicep curl, and 3 set tricep pull down with ropes. The trainees are still getting used to the relatively abnormal movements, but otherwise they have managed to avoid the awkward and self-esteem issues that some people face when they begin training at the gym. I look forward to teaching them exercises that target other muscle body parts.
