Grinding it Out

Another week has passed by and the members of the project are getting winded. Their bodies are aching and their motivation has been noticeably lower than the beginning of the project. I wish there were a way to instantly restore their energy and emotional levels, but sadly that is out of my reach. The only motivation they have now is their own desire to achieve their personal goals within the gym.

With that said, more breaks have been occurring than I had hoped. I have already asked these individuals to take hours out of their day and train, so I cannot constantly pester them with the gym schedule that I have. The trainees have their own lives, and this project was never intended to interfere with that. Instead, we have to work out a schedule and hope that these trainees will stay true to the project and hit the numbers they are intended to.

On the up side of things, each member has seen a slight difference in body physique. One member has seen a growth in muscle especially in areas of the upper back, as well as the posterior deltoid and bicep. Another member has been complimented on how the subject is losing fat and leaning out. Although the project is centered around strength and not aesthetic, the members still will undergo bodily change that will reflect an athletic body type, depending on their nutritional diet.
